You will be responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Italian is a plus. Previous experience in luxury hospitality and a strong focus on guest satisfaction are essential.
