We are glad to announce an open position as chef de Partie, SOUS CHEF or Chef de cuisine in Osteria dei Gusti in Helsinki. Full time, 5 days a week 2 off Join our energetic and growing spirit team and enjoy the benefits to work with us. A Sous Chef, or Second Chef, is responsible for providing supportive leadership to kitchen staff throughout food service. Their duties include assisting the Head Chef in monitoring kitchen activities, expediting orders to ensure quality taste or presentation and taking on additional responsibilities in the Head Chef’s absence to ensure that kitchen staff has proper direction.

Sobre ti
-Minimum of two years worth of experience in a similar position
-Culinary science degree preferred
-Demonstrable knowledge of cooking practices and kitchen equipment
-Ability to lead a team with excellent communication
-Basic understanding of MS Office and other restaurant software programs
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
