L’Apprenti Restauration (H/F) assure un service de qualité pour satisfaire la clientèle et n’hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins.

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

Accueillir le client,
Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,
Veiller à la mise à jour des informations afin de donner à la clientèle une information juste et rapide,
Respecter les procédures, les standards et les valeurs Marriott,
Connaître la carte et les produits
Est en charge de la mise en place du point de vente pour le bon déroulement du service
Sous la directive du maitre d’hôtel ou du chef de rang, le commis peut être amené à effectuer les prises de commandes clients,
Effectuer un service de grande qualité, servir les plats et boissons commandées par le client avec courtoisie,
Effectuer les tâches de travail attribuées par son supérieur hiérarchique, telles que mise en place, service des mets et boissons, débarrassage, entre la cuisine et le point de vente
Bonnes connaissances des arts de la table.
