F&B Hostess (Arabic Speaking - Female Candidates)

Job description


- To meet, greet and communicate to both internal and external customers in a polite, courteous and constructive manner.
- Entirely capable to prioritize, organize and delegate work assignments.
- Continuously promotes positive work relationship with kitchen staff & F&B departments.
- Identify situations which compromise the department's standards and address them accordingly.
- Co-ordinates precisely their departmental needs with other departments to the Outlets Manager
- Ensure guest satisfaction & service levels in all outlets according to standards.
- Interacts with guests & enquires that guest contentment levels are in compliance with well established standards.
- Monitor guest experiences and adjust positively when necessary.

Requirements



- Young and energetic Arabic and English speaking female candidates only.
- Previous work experience as a F&B Hostess or GRO or Receptionist in 4* to 5* hotel.
- Understanding of F&B operations.
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in person)
- Friendly and PR oriented
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
Age preferably below 35yrs
- Hospitality Diploma or Certificate is an added qualification
