This position will support in the development and implementation of the business partnering function to facilitate and develop actionable recommendations based on business insights that address key business needs and objectives. In collaboration with the rest of Business Intelligence function they will support insight and information delivery across the organization.

 

This includes but is not limited to developing data models and dashboards in the BI Platform to support all business stakeholders.

 

This position will report to the BI Business Partners and will work closely with the key members of the business areas.

 

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Support project management activities related to Data & Analytics: content preparation and follow-up activities

§  Report implementation - Create and maintain required BI reports and dashboards; work with the BI team to improve data quality & automatization; prototype new reports and BI solutions.

§  Will support the BI Business Partner in their duties and ad-hoc analysis.

§  Provides coaching and training for end-users regarding the BI tools.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

§  Knowledge about project management procedures and best practices.

§  Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

§  Analytics background. Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ClickHouse) and data exploitation technics

§  Experience of developing reports in SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Power BI, AFO and/or Analysis for Excel.

§  Working knowledge of Alteryx and/or Power Automate is a strong advantage

§  Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues.

§  Organized & effective - take a well-ordered, structured approached in task management.

§  Strong influencing and communication skills.

§  Critical thinker – ability to understand the logical connections between ideas, identify, construct and evaluate arguments.

§  Think Strategically - foresee and take action to deal with problems and opportunities.

§  Motivated individual able to take projects from development to deployment.

§  Maintains a favorable working relationship with all teams to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency.

§  Communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing and pitches information at the appropriate level.

§  English proficiency.
