About the Role:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. At Reef Hotel & Spa, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional dining experience that reflects our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and offer recommendations when needed
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special offers
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest concerns politely and promptly, ensuring satisfaction
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards at all times
