KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary:
  • Rosewood Kona Village and Rosewood Miramar Beach are looking for a shared Cluster Director Revenue Management. This unique role offers the right individual the opportunity to revenue manage two world-class resorts while being remotely based.  This role plays an integral part in driving business results and revenue generation for Rosewood Kona Village and Rosewood Miramar Beach.
  • Drives revenue through maximizing revenue management, distribution, and on-site reservations opportunities across and within traditional and emerging channels for a cluster of hotels/resorts.
  • Serve as the business expert and revenue leader for each region/area hotel regarding market intelligence, seasonal strategy, long term business planning, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Directs, supports, and develops revenue management talent in the region through mentorship, ongoing education, accountability, empowerment, and best practices.
  • Trains and supports hotel teams to fully utilize all available tools and systems to maximize revenues and improve business outcomes.
  • Identifies and raises opportunities for hotels to develop new revenue practices and cultivates new opportunities for revenue capture across all hotel departments.
  • Maintains annual Revenue portfolio in excess of $100M USD or holds responsibility for revenue other than rooms within a cluster of propertie.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Activities):
  • Executes fact-based yield management, forecasting and business analysis activities in accordance with individual hotel and regional business objectives and corporate guidelines
  • Acts as the business partner to the Managing Director, CRO, distribution, sales and operations to positively affect hotel performance in the region on an ongoing basis
  • Leads by example and complies with all company directives; implements and maintains standards and company SOP’s within the scope of revenue management. Enables business wherever possible.
  • Establish and maintain a regular procedure for daily, weekly, monthly revenue and forecast review meetings with active participation and leadership
  • Champions automation; technology; modern revenue practices and autonomy within the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Directs, supports, and develops Reservation Manager/Supervisor by mentorship, ongoing education, accountability, empowerment, and best practices.
  • Maintains a high level of service to meet standards with Go Audits, LQA and Forbes.
  • Supports the Reservation Manager/Supervisor to increase call conversion and all performance metrics
  • Models the Company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times

Qualifications:
  • A combination of education and relevant field experience
  • CRME certification highly valued
  • Active industry and community participation highly valued
  • Experience in akin disciplines such as sales, marketing and finance preferred

Experience:
  • 5+ years progressive work related experience in multi-property revenue management
  • Sales, Marketing and Ecommerce experience desirable
  • Strong operational exposure
  • Experience in leading teams of at least five direct reports across multiple entities and markets
  • Luxury Segment revenue management experience required
  • Luxury Resort experience highly valued

Salary Range:

$165,000 - $175,000 Annually + Incentive
