Rosewood Schloss Fuschl To Open Summer 2024. The legendary Hotel Schloss Fuschl will mark our second property in Austria when it reopens as Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Summer 2024. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Director of Engineering to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary :
- Responsibility for the internal technical team and close cooperation with external partners
- Responsibility for maintenance and servicing work
- Coordination of defect detection, notification and rectification
- Responsibility for compliance with all internal and external laws and standards
- Co-operation with the safety specialist
- Joint planning of conversion work and its implementation
- Process and cost optimisation in the areas of energy, maintenance and servicing
- Preparation of forecasts and maintenance and investment budgets
- Requesting quotations and ordering spare parts, new purchases and replacement equipment
- Supporting our guests with minor technical problems
Required Skills :
- Completed training in the commercial technical field
- Professional experience in a similar position in the technical field in the hotel industry is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking with organisational skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
