Job Description
We are currently looking for a Hotel Manager to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Hotel Manager provides leadership and management for all operational departments. He/she coordinates and manages the day to day operations of the hotel. Provides support to all associates and managers to achieve goals in line with the company’s vision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
About Us
Rosewood Munich opened in 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. The hotel will be located within walking distance of several of the city’s most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.

- Maintains and continues to develop efficient systems and services to support the smooth running of all departments and highest satisfaction level of both our associates and guests.
- Passionate to drive the guest experience through the associate, product and service culture.
- A strong eye for detail to lead the hotel to a top market product that is ever improving.
- Generally being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the hotel i.e. through controlling wastage and being responsible for the economy of all utilities and resources.
- Take a proactive approach to administration, coordination of activities, anticipating potential opportunities.
- Works closely with all departments to drive top line revenues and manage profit margins.
- Help Managing Director to manage relationship with various stakeholders including the owners.
