Job Description
We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Housekeeping Supervisor coordinates and assists housekeeping associates in providing exceptionally clean, neat and well-maintained guest rooms and corridors.

Rosewood Munich to Open in Early 2023 Rosewood Munich will open in early 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. The hotel will be located within walking distance of several of the city’s most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the high standard of cleanliness and quality is maintained as well as audit team for productivity figures.
- Receive daily worksheets for Room Attendants and briefing from Executive Housekeeper acting as Room Admin in allocating the house every morning.
- Read the Housekeeping logbook every day for any noted relevant to their areas of that needs their attention or response.
- Ensure that guest corridors, guest lift areas as well as pantries and service areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Resolve guest complaints, response to all guest problems and correspondence. Ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Check and assist in maintaining as accurate and proper inventory of all stocks, guest supplies, linen, etc. to prevent pilferage or losses of any nature.
