Job Description
We are currently looking for a Reservations & Revenue Manager to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Reservations & Revenue Manager is responsible for leading the Reservations team and ensuring that they deliver exceptional levels of service. Works closely with the Cluster Director of Revenue on the rate strategies and their implementation.

Rosewood Munich opened in 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. The hotel will be located within walking distance of several of the city’s most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.

Works closely with the Cluster Director of Revenue on the rate strategies and their implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for call tracking software and preparation of reports in order to track performance and optimise the running of the office.
- Maintaining hotel information, availability and rate parity on all third party internet sites.
- Responsible for the e-reservations confirmation system
- Provide training for all new agents and facilitate on-going training plan for each team member maintaining the appropriate training records accordingly.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues in performance in regular one to one meetings escalating to disciplinary action if necessary
- Liaise with Director of Rooms and the Cluster Director of Revenue for room reservation during high demand dates to manage the overbooking levels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requested by Cluster Director of Revenue
