Responsibilities

• Handle all guest enquiries requests via fax/email/calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Update guest profile and database
• Prepare various reservations related report

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
• Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Hotel Reservation Systems
