Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or issues.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
3. Manage reservations and room assignments.
4. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
5. Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus.
6. Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
