Responsible to the Refrigeration Engineer for the maintenance and conservation of the Island’s HVAC and refrigeration equipment, not limited to but including walk in coolers, cold water drinking fountains, mini-bar, ice machines, ventilation and cooling & freezing equipment and exhaust / ventilation ducts.
