The Crew Admin supports the Headof Human Resources and isresponsible for Team Member movements on and off the Destination, travel arrangements,documents’ validation, room assignments, etc. Additionally, this position supports the HR Team in all aspects of Team Memberengagement activities. The Crew Admin collaborates with the Private Destination Schedulerto ensure the accuracy and timely update of Team Member records in E1 and Fidelio. This positionleads by example and requires exemplary organization, attention todetail, excellent Team Member satisfaction, and engagement.

All duties and responsibilities are performed followingRoyal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies,and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.

 This JobDescription in no waystates or impliesthat these are the only duties performed by the Destination Team Member occupying this position. All Team Membersmay be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or Management. The nature of this job requires daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
