General Manager

Responsible for leading the Perfect Day CocoCay team to deliver sustained superior performance by fostering a positive work environment, prioritizing strategic goals, allocating resources, promoting operational excellence and safety, developing Leaders and Employees, and championing a world class Guest experience. The General Manager provides guidance and strategic direction for the entire Island Leadership Team to deliver the long-term vision of Royal Caribbean and the Private Destination Islands. This role ensures company, divisional, and site performance objectives are met or exceeded by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities personally or through subordinate managers/supervisors. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with Royal Caribbean International’s brand standards, SQM standards, USPH guidelines, environment, and safety policies.
