Head Baker

Rise to the challenge of producing an assortment of delicious bread and other baked goods for thousands of guests and crew members. You are responsible for directing, supervising, and assisting in bakery operations, and for training your team members. We’d be happy to have you sail with us if you have good knowledge of international standard bakery products, and experience as a Head Baker in a large upscale banqueting service, cruise ship, hotel, or resort.
