Wwtp Ro Supervisor

The WWTP/RO Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and regulatory compliance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis systems, and pool equipment. This role ensures safe, reliable and efficient treatment of potable and irrigation water. This role provides direction, coaching, mentoring and hands-on training to team of mechanics and plumbers in carrying out their daily routines. This role ensures technical compliance with allenvironmental regulations, public health requirements and company SOPs. This position must optimize and maintain the chemical consumption, stock of spare parts, workplace safety guidelines and cleanliness of assigned areas. This role must have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize, and be detailed orientated while establishing and driving a positive working environment.All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
