Job Description
- Adjust the works within the official working hours to minimize the over time.
- As senior staff’s Room Attendants are working different locations, always check the available rooms for service. If found any unavailable or if a staff request to come later, must make another room if there is enough time
- Collect supplies, linens, chemicals, and other required materials from housekeeping and laundry in sufficient quantity before going to work site.
- Should not make any personal use of hotel properties and should not waste any Amenities.
- Should not use guest linen for cleaning and dusting, e.g. bed linen, Bath linen etc.
- Change the bed linens and towels once in three days,
- Report daily work to the supervisor and operation clerk.
- Return keys to the House Keeping office before going off duty.
- Attend any extra activities other than guest room service inform by the supervisor or housekeeper.
- Perform other related duties as delegated by supervisors and head of the departments.
- In case of unexpected scenarios or emergency situations all the team members should cooperate until recovery.
Qualifications
Education
Minimum: GCE O’ Level
Experience
Minimum: 1 year’ experience in the field is desired
Skills
Communication skills
Excellent problem solving & time management skills
Able to work long hours and a team player
