The Opportunity

·       We are seeking an experienced and passionate Resort Manager to lead our island team at Japamala. This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to live and work in one of Southeast Asia’s most breathtaking natural settings.

Key Responsibilities

·       Oversee all resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service consistency.

·       Lead, coach, and inspire a multicultural team to uphold Samadhi’s “luxury crafted by nature” philosophy.

·       Manage budgets, performance goals, and operational standards.

·       Collaborate with Group teams on marketing, guest relations, and sustainability initiatives.

·       Represent the resort in community and partner relations.

·       Requirements

·       Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury or boutique resort.

·       Strong operational and people management skills.

·       Previous experience in island or remote resort management preferred.

·       Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.

·       Passion for nature, sustainability, and meaningful guest experiences.
