What the role is

Responsible for the digital countries accounts management and social media strategy, and countries support, guaranteeing deliverables with quality and according to brand standards.

What you will be doing

• Be the connection between experience teams in country and location with the global team in order to align country communications. 
• Analyze and report the Country´s Social Media KPIs on a monthly basis. 
• Ensure in collaboration with the experience and location teams all the comments and direct messages are answered in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the posting calendar for country channels, when needed.
• Content curation of UGC.
• Manage the content creators and influencers meaning onboarding, execution and follow up of the results in the collaborations with the local marketing and experience team.
• Guarantee and improve way of working and process, with the countries
• Track the country budget for paid ads in the social media platforms.
• Maintain visual and conceptual consistency across multi-channel brand strategy for collections and brand initiatives and apply to all social/digital platforms.
• Bring innovative ideas from conceptualization to social media platforms for all digital and social campaigns.
• Working together with digital marketing team, regional and country teams

What you need for the role

• - 4+ years of experience in social media 
• Excellent communication skills
• Agency experience is a plus
• Expert in Social, required to know what works, and what doesn't. Understanding the need to be responsive, to rapidly create social content that's on brand, and relevant, in our fast paced, ever changing world.
• Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines and kpis
• Keen follower of technology, worldwide events, and pop culture, and understand how to create engaging, meaningful content for the brand.
• Experience dealing with Influencer marketing campaigns.
• Experience in building Social Media strategy and action plan.
• Strong experience in analytics tools like Social Bakers, Emplifi, Google analytics.
• Strong Experience in Business Manager and Facebook ads manager
• Experience in social media management tools.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Languages: Advanced English, other is a plus.
