We are looking for an Air-conditioning Technicianbased at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As anAir-conditioningTechnician, we rely on you to:

• Be responsible to conduct regular inspection for all operational equipment and chiller plant
• Maintain all all necessary chiller systems and plumbing systems and its parts electrical works of the hotel including restaurant outlets, guestrooms and public areas
• Carry out preventive maintenance as well as planned maintenance and emergency repairs of any Air-Conditioning and Mechanical services works within the hotel mechanical plants, switch rooms, guestrooms, restaurant outlets, kitchens, public areas, heart-of-house offices and stores
• As assigned bysupervisor
• 負責定期檢查酒店内所有運行的機器及冷凍水機組
• 維持酒店範圍内所有冷凍系統、泵水系統和電子零件的運作並進行維修，包括餐廳、客房及公眾地方
• 進行酒店内的冷氣和機電的定期維護、緊急維修，包括機組、配電站、餐廳、客房、餐廳、廚房及公眾地方、辦公室及貨倉
• 執行其他由上級指派的工作

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 2 years’experience in the repair and maintenance ofHotel Equipment and Facilities.
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A0)
• Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical System
• Knowledge in Hotel Equipment and Facilities Preventive Maintenance
• Knowledge in fire safety
• Knowledge in hotel operations would be desirable
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Fluent Cantonese, preferable with basic English
• 最少2年酒店設備和設施的維修及保養經驗
• 持有電工A牌
• 具備冷氣系統知識
• 具備酒店設備和設施的保養知識
• 具備防火安全知識
• 具備酒店營運知識優先考慮
• 工作態度勤奮並能於壓力下工作
• 操流利廣東話，懂基本英語優先
