We are looking for anAssistant Learning & Development Managerto join our team!

As anAssistant Learning & Development Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all training activities and training records
  • Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guidelinse in training related area
  • Monitor the effectiveness of pre and post training evaluation to maximise benefits from training courses and identify future training needs
  • Develop effective links with partnership organisations such as universities and colleges, and training providers
  • Develop an annual training plan which meets the needs of employees through the Learning Needs Analysis exercise
  • Assist to conduct New Hire orientation for new employees and organise New Hire Induction for key positions


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for Learning & Development
  • Preferably has relevant certifications
  • Preferably possesses relevant experience in Learning & Development
  • Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors
  • Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Has solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures relating to Learning & Development
  • Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
  • Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
