Job Summary:

The Butler responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest’s needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and efficient service according to standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels.

As a Butler, we rely on you to:

• Greet, check-in, and escort guests promptly to their rooms.
• Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles.
• Provide quality service to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's experience.
• Arrange fulfillment of guest services by working with the Concierge, Housekeeping,
• Reservations and Room Service colleagues.
• Establish a good working knowledge of the Hotel outlets and products.
• Resolution of guest complaints whilst highlighting to Supervisors.
• Daily upkeep of Butler pantries
• Delivery of a wow experience during guest stay.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure.
• Guest enrolment of Shangri-La Circle.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in 5 stars Hotel.
• English Speakers.
• Aware of the 5-star hotel standards.
• Welling to relocate to Saudi Arabia - Jeddah.
• Local transfer/visa are available.
