We are looking for a Butler Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Butler Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Supervise and provide guidance to the team, including departmental training and coaching
• Be responsible for greeting guests, providing a positive and friendly attitude through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure
• Provide personalize guest services and be the contact point of luxury suite booking guests
• Be the main contact for VIP guests throughout their stay
• Handle flight confirmations, dinning reservations, tour arrangements and in-house facilities during the stay etc.
• Keep updating the daily guest record / report, aware the guest preference and any allergies and ensure any pending items are handed over at the end of a shift
• Monitor and maintain the quality of service in Butler Team to ensure the operation is running smoothly

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Diploma Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in guest services industry
• Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage
• Excellent guest service skills, interpersonal skills & problem solving skills
• Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
