Commis (Western)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.

Basic fluency in English (oral and written).

Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand, bar or night clubs with speciality in Western food.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong eagerness to learn.

Flexible and adaptable to different working locations and willing to do Night shifts.
