We are looking for a Concierge Clerk based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Concierge Clerk, we rely on you to:

• Create an impressive first and last impression to guests who visitsIsland Shangri-La, Hong Kong
• Provide updated and relevant information for guests including local areas, city tours, restaurant reservations and airline reservations/confirmation etc.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving property
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
• Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections
• Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries
• Arrange transportation for guests upon request

We are looking for someone who has:

• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Responsible, good team player and good customer service senses
• Outgoing, courteous with pleasant personality
• Willing to work on shift
