岗位职责：

- 管理会议及会展销售团队日常运作，确保团队根据规定和标准进行日常工作；

- 参与分析市场形势，制定销售战略战术和价格；
- 带领会议及会展销售团队维护管理客户，拓展新客户；

- 监督管理销售团队的销售拜访计划；
- 与客人建立友好关系，并且取得客人的评价；定期拜访所有重要客人；
- 管理会议及会展销售行政工作，包括销售目标制定，奖励机制等；
- 全权负责销售工作程序及销售合同；
- 负责选拔、发展及管理销售团队；

岗位要求：

- 市场营销或相关专业学士及以上学历，3 年及以上同岗位工作经验;
- 良好的英语书写和交流能力；
- 优秀的市场开拓和沟通能力；

We are looking for Director of Sales - MICE

As Director of Sales - MICE, we rely on you to

- Manage the daily operation of MICE team to ensure that the team performs daily work according to regulations and standards;
- Participate in the analysis of market situation, formulate sales strategies and tactics and prices;
- Lead MICE team to maintain and manage customers and develop new customers;
- Supervise and manage MICE team's sales plan;
- Establish friendly relations with guests and obtain comments from guests; Regular visits to all important guests;

-Manage the administrative work of MICE sales, including sales target setting, incentive mechanism, etc.

-Fully responsible for sales procedures and sales contracts;

-Responsible for selecting, developing and managing the MICE team;

We are looking for someone who:

- Bachelor degree or above in marketing or related major, 3 years or more working experience in the same position;
- Good command of written and communication English;
- Excellent marketing and communication skills;
