We are looking for a Director of Wellness based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Director of Wellness, we rely on you to:

  • To manage and supervise the daily operations of Wellness Centre, with the objective of providing world class service in all areas, maximizing revenue opportunities and achieving financial success as set
  • Fully responsible for the development of wellness menu and retreat programs, using the full analysis from the value, profit analysis & competitor study to form the menu structure
  • Submit statistic reports with accuracy record, interpret data and contribute insightful informatioin and ideas for efficient marketing planning. Liaising with S&M Team and HQ Wellness when developing annual calendar of events, wellness retreat programs, promotional campaigns and new treatment proposals
  • Using the analysis of existing data, market availability and trend forecast to form the budet
  • Overview the departmental training schedules, work with the team in conducting the training needs analysis
  • Conduct anual management performancfe appraisals and work with HR Department in preparing and executing employee retention strategy
  • Provideexcellent customer service and helpmonitor guests; supervise and follow up on guest requests and comments to ensure satisfaction
  • Perform any special duties and projects as assigned by seinor management


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree holder in health education, leisure, recreation, sport, fitness management or related disciplines
  • In the management role with5 years working experience at a high scaled wellness centre / resort
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with business acumen
  • Strong in leadership skill to drive for continuous improvement in customer service and business performance
  • Has a strong sense of urgency about problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English, Chinese would be a plus, and hands-on experience in MS Office applications
