We are looking for a Duty Engineer based at JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La!

As a Duty Engineer, we reply on you to:

• Be responsible for operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of all Hotel Equipment and Facilities including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety and minor building works
• Performthe Maintenance Work Order
• Conduct regular testing, inspection and troubleshooting of Hotel Electrical and Mechanical Equipment to ensure that they are operating in accordance with acceptable engineering standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency
• Conduct inspection on all operating equipment and machineries and report any abnormalities
• Closely monitorperformance of all Service maintenance Contractors
• Distributerepair work orders to appropriate technicians/contractors
• Follows-up and checkreason of outstanding repair work orders
• Consolidatesuggestions for the improvement of the system

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of Hotel Equipment and Facilities; preferably minimum of 2 years as Maintenance Supervisor
• Experience in hotel is preferable
• Able to work under pressure
• Knowledge in Hotel Equipment and Facilities Preventive Maintenance
• Knowledge in fire safety
• Knowledge in hotel operations
