We currently have vacancies for a Pastry Chef to join our Pastry & Bakery Team.

Duties:

Assist in planning and designing the daily menu
Take responsibility for the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections
Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen
Assist in maximising profitability
Support the Chef in daily operation
Requirements:

Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Enjoys being challenged
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
Committed to serving food of the highest quality
