We are looking for a Host / Hostess - Ming Pavilion / Summer Palace based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Host / Hostess, we rely on you to:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional manner
• Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking
• Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining guests' records in the system
• Ensure adequate menus for all meal periods are in clean and presentable standard at all times
• Assist to menu printing and related administration work
• Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned by the Supervisors
  

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1 yearrelated restaurant experience is required
• Experience in hotels & clubs
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge and experience in using booking system is an advantage
