Hygiene and Sanitation Supervisor

We are hiring for a Hygiene and Sanitation Supervisor.

As a Hygiene and Sanitation Supervisor, we rely you to:

• Ensure and monitor the maintenance / upgrade of sanitation and hygiene standards of the hotel
• Ensure all food and beverages served to guests and employees as well as the general water supply and pool water are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is preferably a graduate of Food Science, Food Engineering, Food Safety Food Technology, Nutritional Sciences, Chemistry or Biology.
• Has minimum 5 years of work experience in Food Safety or any related field, such as Hotels, Resorts, In-flight Catering or Food Manufacturing Industry
• Possess Train-the-Trainer Skills/Industry Trainer Certification and have atleast 3 years of food safety training experience.
• Posess recognized food safety auditing certification (HACCP auditor, FSMS Auditor ISO22000 Auditor, FSSC 2000 Certification)
• Has knowledge and experience in handling AFBI investigations
• Is knowledgeable of local hygiene requirements
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Has proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Is capable of working independently, as well as in a team environment
• Is able to work in shifts, on weekends and/or public holidays when needed
