We are looking for a Marketing Manager based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Marketing Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Support the planning and execution of all Marketing Communications activities, including branding, positioning, PR and offline marketing initiatives for the hotel
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing and PR plans for selected hotel offers, seasonal promotions, partnership activations, loyalty programme initiatives and hosted events targeting both B2B and B2C in all relevant markets
  • Keep abreast of industry and local market trends and PR and social media activities and generate ideas for marketing & PR campaigns and initiatives that will drive business goals
  • Monitor activities of competitor hotels and trends within the industry and share the gathered information with relevant departments and senior management
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs
  • Coordinate with operation team to evaluate sales performance and take appropriate action to drive the business
  • Conduct market research and maintain the database to support and strengthen the developed Marketing strategies / plans for analyzing consumer behaviours and giving insights to the management




We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years solid experience in Marketing Communications and PR agency, solid experience in local and regional media relationships
  • Proven record in handling multiple projects across industries and executing initiatives across multiple brands and target markets, experience in digital marketing is an advantage
  • Able to work independently, multi-tasking, self-driven and result-oriented
  • A good team player with creative, detail-mind and analytical mindset
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
