We are looking for a Night Managerbased at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Night Manager, we rely on you to:

• Correctly and promptly handle and record guest complaints and feedback
• Be in charge of the hotel's Emergency Response Team during the night and regularly involved in ER training exercises and activities
• Ensure any security, health and safety issue which may occur are dealt with in accordance
• Review all Front Office night audit reports which require management approval and approve prior to the OPMS night audit being completed

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma / Certificate or abovein HotelManagement
• Minimum of 3 years experience with 2years supervisory experience in Hotelindustry
• Good working knowledge of OPMS, Front Office system, general hotel operations, policies and procedures
• Knowledge of life and health safety procedures
• Fluent in oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good Interpersonal skills and communications skills
