We are looking for aPublic Area Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As aPublic Area Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Coordinateand supervises all subordinates in the Public Areas, to ensure proper completion of all tasks
• Maintainpublic areas and heart of the house areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelinesestablished by the Hotel
• Controlall equipment and suppliesissued and returns
• Maintainpar stock on all supplies and parts
• Takemonthly inventory of all chemicals, supplies and equipment

We are looking for someone who has:

• Certificate in examination of education or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experiences in an international class hotel
• Able to converse, read and write English
• Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin
