As a Recruitment Manager, We rely on you to:
作为招聘经理，我们希望您承担以下职责：

• Establish hotel talent acquisition planning and budget.
• Explore suitable candidates according to hotel operation needs.
• Explore and develop new talent acquisition channels and earn new talent resources.
• Establish hotel talent pool for talent succession.
• Establish and maintain campus recruitment channels and resources.

• 根据公司人力资源规划制定相关部门的招聘策略、招聘计划；
• 负责相关领域的人力资源市场分析，有效管理及优化招聘渠道；
• 负责相关部门的具体招聘工作，包括人才寻访、面试、录用等；
• 参与招聘体系建设及相关的优化、创新项目；
• 建立和维护校园招聘资源，按照招聘计划完成实习生招聘工作。

We are looking for someone who has:
候选人应具备以下能力：

• College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in Human Resources in large enterprises, at least 2 years working experience in recruitment;
• Familiar with recruitment business process and various recruitment channels;
• Proficient in two or more talent assessment or interview skills;
• Quick thinking, full of passion, strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good team work spirit, able to assist HR department to complete the work of other related departments.

• 大专以上学历，2年以上大型企业人力资源工作经验，招聘工作经验至少2年以上；
• 熟悉招聘业务流程以及各种招聘渠道；
• 熟练掌握两种以上人才测评或面试技巧；
• 思维敏捷，富有工作激情，具较强的沟通能力与抗压能力;
• 有优秀的团队合作精神，能够协助人力资源部完成其他相关部门的工作。
