Located in the country’s premier beach destination, Shangri-LaBoracay is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. As a Rooms Controller, we rely on you to:

• Ensurethat rooms blocking are properly allocated in
• Coordinate with Front Office prior to releasing of rooms for check-in
• Delegate tasks to Housekeeping room attendants for room cleaning
• Ensure friendly, efficient, and customer-orientedservice in a clean and orderly environment.
• Provide a best-fit solution to fulfill the customer's needs
• Assist in enhancing the guest satisfaction scores of the hotel

We are looking for someone who:

• Experienced in an international hotelwith the same capacity.
• Strong background in Housekeeping Operations
• A self-starter must be guest-oriented, with an eye for details, has initiative and anticipation.
• Oral and Written Fluency inboth Englishand Filipino. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Management or any related course.
