岗位职责：

- 主动问候客人，引导客人，安排客人就座；
- 为客人引座，按台号寻台；
- 为会议客人提供签字仪式服务及婚宴礼仪服务；
- 为客人指引存衣处，存包处；

岗位要求：

- 中专及以上学历；
- 有责任心和团队合作精神 ；
- 具有熟练的服务技巧；
- 善于与客人交流，具有较强的服务意识。
- 普通话流利，掌握基础的英语口语

Midtown Shangri-La Hangzhou is located in West Lake Hubin Area, within 5-10 minutes’ walking distance of West Lake and subway. We are looking for a Service Associate - Banquet

As a Service Associate - Banquet, we rely on you to
- Take the initiative to greet guests, guide guests in the direction, arrange guests to take seats;
- Guide guests to seats and find a table according to the number
- Provide signing ceremony service and wedding etiquette service for meeting guests;
- Guide the guests to the clothing office, the storage office;

We are looking for someone who :

- Technical secondary school or above;
- Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit;
- Have good service skills;
- Be good at communicating with guests and have strong sense of service.
- Fluent in Mandarin, master the basc spoken English;
