As Service Associate - Horizon Club, we rely on you to:

• Support thedaily operation of Horizon Club (Executive Club Lounge)
• Provide a high quality service to our guests
• Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B section in Horizon Club
• Consistently looks for ways to enhance guest satisfaction
• Create an exceptional experience for our guests

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner
• Loves interacting with guests and customers
• Communicates with fluency in English
• Preferably has working experience in either a luxuryrestaurant or Executive Club Lounge of a 5* hotel
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Is willing to work shifts
