We are looking for aService Centre Managerto join our team!

As aService Centre Manager, we rely on you to:

• Ensure smooth operation of the Telephone Operator Departmenton a daily basis
• Ensuring delivering of one-stop-shop service, effective service delivery over the telephone interactions.
• Supervise and direct theteam
• Ensure that the communication system of the hotel is well maintained and all communication are handled effectively
• Ensure alltelephone calls and enquiries are handled professionally, promptly with care and adhering to service standards
• Ensure proper communication with respective departments

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Is a self-starter
• Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Loves interacting with guests
• Has experience in the same capacity with hotel background
• Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
• Has strong interpersonal skills
