We are looking for a Sous Chef – Marina Grill Kitchen based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Sous Chef – Marina Grill Kitchen, we rely on you to:

  • Oversee the daily operations, ensuring high-quality food products and food safety standards are consistent
  • Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
  • Responsible for develop menus appropriate for the outlet operation, market and business goals
  • Ensure service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company
  • Maintain compliance of club policies, rules and statutory regulations related to fire safety, security and hygiene
  • Develop employee skills through training and coaching


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Form 5 or Certificate holder of Western Kitchen of Vocational Training Council
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in prestigious hotels, clubs or restaurants, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of food hygiene practices and HACCP
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
