Weare currently looking for a temporary Secretary / Administrative Assistant (3-6 months) to provide extensive secretarial and administrative support to the Project & Design team.

As a Secretary/Administrative Assistant, we will rely on you to:

  • Be responsible for providing the day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the team, which includes:
    • Handling business travel arrangements, expense claims, purchase requisitions and meeting arrangements
    • Preparing reports and presentations for management review
    • Coordinating with internal departments on projects administration
    • Maintaining a proper filing system
    • Handling external and internal enquiries
    • Assist in all administrative duties
    • Other ad-hoc assignments as required


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Diploma or above in Secretarial Studies
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experiences
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to work indecently with minimal supervision
