An excellent opportunity has arisen for a key member of the Business Insights & Analytics team based out of Hong Kong and responsible for leading business insights and analytics work for the organisation. He/she will responsible for actionable insights into hotel performance; manage risk, capture opportunity to achieve the optimisation and profitability of all revenue streams and make pro-active, forward-looking and data-driven decisions.

As a Vice President, Business Insights & Analytics, we rely on you to:

  • Leverage the information to make data-driven decisions. Develop strategies, gain alignment and execute actions to improve inventory and growth.
  • Provide commercial strategic guidance to Regional and Headquarters teams on achieving optimal inventory, pricing, distribution strategies and tactical campaigns.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, digital and regional leadership to create support for change and gather feedback to ensure voice-of-the-customer presence in all projects.
  • Share portfolio performance and provide insights and recommendations. Translate the business requirements into long-term strategies and specify processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and manage performance insights based on forecasts, current trends and historic data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams and provide analysis on the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns.
  • Develop the talents in the team and be a mentor to create a culture of celebration of success.


We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • Bachelor or master degree in business, economics, marketing or strategy.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in leadership roles with international experience in multiple countries and markets. Understanding of Asian culture has an advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong computer knowledge in relation to the position
  • Strategic and innovative with excellent business, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to translate results into understandable and actionable information
  • Proficiency in English and ability to communicate effectively with different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-task and work under pressure.
