We are looking for a Wellness Concierge based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Wellness Concierge, we rely on you to:

• Meet and greet customers with positive and friendly attitude from arrival through departure
• Perform check in for customers according to their scheduledappointments
• Provide detailed descriptions of wellness treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation
• Handle reception duties including cashiering, class management,walk-in/phone and online enquires, complains and other ad-hocduties
• Conduct inventory stock takes of equipment and merchandises monthly and whenrequired
• Assist and perform various demonstrations and events

We are looking for someone who has:

• A diploma in hospitality management or an equivalent qualification is preferred
• Relevant work experience in a large luxury hotel/spa ispreferable
• Excellent command of Contonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent guest service skills and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
