Our successful Hotel Housekeeping Attendants …
• fulfil all accommodation services including the preparation of beds, servicing of rooms and bathrooms, managing cleaning equipment and disposal of waste, raising maintenance issues and managing lost property
•respond promptly and politely to guests’ needs and ensure their feedback is communicated to relevant people
•actively participate in a working environment where staff support each other and are competent
•maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the accommodation services equipment, materials and staff
•work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
