We are looking for a full-time or seasonal (March–November) receptionist (m/f/d) for our location near Tavira.

Your tasks will include customer service, bike rental and general administrative duties. You are service-oriented, organised and enjoy working with international guests. We offer a varied job in a young friendly team in the sunny Algarve.

Our partner hotel is Robinson Quinta da Ria. Under certain conditions, our staff are allowed to help themselves to the guest buffet, use the drinks at the bar and, depending on availability, take part in the sports activities (tennis, padel, fitness). We also provide you with work shirts free of charge. To get from the staff apartment to the hotel, we can also provide you with a bike.

Sobre ti

You enjoy interacting with guests and have a friendly, service-oriented manner. You have a flair for organisation, work reliably and can keep track of things even when things get a little hectic. You enjoy communicating and are confident in doing so – in Englishand, ideally, in German; other languages are a plus.

An interest in bicycles and outdoor activities is an advantage, but not a must. You should have basic knowledge of common Office applications. Above all, it is important to us that you are motivated and enjoy pitching in – even when it comes to dusting off a bicycle. We will be happy to teach you everything else.

Idioma requerido: Inglés. Alemán y Francés son un plus
