For the Aalsmeer location, we are looking for a Cook level II.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Cook level II, you are responsible for the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes and dish components. You work according to fixed instructions regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods, and visual presentation.

Your duties include the following tasks:

•       Preparing ingredients, such as quality control, cutting, washing, portioning, pre-cooking, etc.

•       Applying basic cooking techniques, such as mixing, cooking, frying, etc., and combining these actions.

•       Preparing dishes according to fixed recipes and working methods, but adjusting them if necessary.

•       Presentation and plating of each dish according to instructions and working methods.

•       Identifying bottlenecks in your own work and contributing ideas for improvements.

You work according to HACCP guidelines, ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace, and collaborate closely with colleagues in the kitchen to guarantee a smooth service flow.
