SWOT Hospitality is in search of a passionate Restaurant Guest Relations Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurants. In this pivotal role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests as they arrive and guide them to their tables with care. You will skilfully manage all restaurant reservations and event activities, ensuring the seamless functionality of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the restaurant reservation process runs smoothly, guests are escorted to their tables, and a great dining experience is provided.
- Responding to requests or complaints made by guests in a professional and polite manner in order to guarantee guests satisfaction.
- Implementing procedures to improve services offered with the aim of attracting more guests.
- Hiring and training staff in matters of professional conduct, and ensuring that there is enough staff at all times by organizing staffing schedules efficiently.
- Supporting service personnel with questions posed by guests and taking over from the support staff if any issues arise.
- Understanding what guest expectations are and anticipating problems in order to prevent complaints.
- Managing cash payments, credit card transactions, or payments made via a payment link.

Sobre ti
Requirements:
- Experience in an upscale restaurant in the same role is required.
- The ability to speak, read, and write the language used in the workplace and knowledge of one or more additional languages are preferred.
- A minimum of 2-5 years’ front desk experience as a hotel manager is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and hospitality software.
- Proficiency in using and managing a restaurant reservation system.
- A proven track record of being able to lead a team and to multitask.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work beyond scheduled hours, including on weekends.
