Location Overview

Catch Restaurant, Taboo Beach Club, Society Lounge and Destination Dining Experiences at the Radisson Collection Resort Galle are seeking an energetic, charismatic and guest-focused Revenue & Guest Experience Hostess to create exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue opportunities throughout the guest journey.

Role

Maximize guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and repeat business through exceptional guest engagement and relationship building. Create memorable experiences, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, recognized, and valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests throughout their experience, building relationships with hotel guests, members, villa owners, and repeat visitors.

• Drive revenue through premium menu recommendations, champagne and bottle service, signature cocktails, seafood towers, chef specials, and destination dining experiences.

• Conduct table visits, gather guest feedback, recognize VIP and returning guests, and encourage guest loyalty.

• Coordinate special occasions, celebrations, and personalized guest experiences.

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management or guest-facing leadership role within a restaurant, beach club or bar in a luxury hospitality setting.

• Strong sales, upselling, and relationship-building abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English.

• A confident, charismatic, and guest-focused personality.

• Excellent grooming and presentation standards aligned with luxury hospitality.
